Recently I discovered a weed called PURSLANE and that it also grows in Nigeria in Africa . A farming group I’m on made me aware of its growth in nigeria .

It’s a weed with a treasure trove of nutrients . It’s been called a power food . The leaves , flowers and stems are edible
