It looks like that with each day in our modern world , so many sugary drinks ( like soft drinks and certain fruit juices ) are flooding the market.

They are drinks that contain carbonated water , a sweetener and a natural and or artificial flavouring . The sweetener could be sugar , high corn fructose syrup ( deadlier than regular sugar) ,sugar substitutes or even fruit juice .

πŸ“ŒSoft drinks are packed with 𝑷𝑯𝑢𝑺𝑷𝑯𝑢𝑹𝑰π‘ͺ 𝑨π‘ͺ𝑰𝑫( even the diet versions which are worse because of the SWEETENERS ) . Phosphoric acid increases BLOOD ACIDITY !!! Blood must always be slightly BASIC/ALKALINE with pH valued of 7.35-7.45. It’s normally close to 7.40.

πŸ“ŒWhen we consume soft drinks, our blood can become acidic due to the phosphoric acid content . The body will do all it can to maintain pH of blood, so it will STEAL CALCIUM from our bones to restore blood alkalinity .

πŸ“ŒWe all know Calcium is a crucial mineral in bone formation and strength. If our bodies are already low in calcium ,consuming soft drinks promotes RAPID CALCIUM LOSS from the body
Since these soft drinks don’t even contain calcium , it’s a double whammy damage to our bones . The soft drinks won’t supply you with calcium but they will steal it from your body !!!

πŸ“ŒLastly these soft drinks increase the amount of calcium we excrete from our bodies .

All these can lead to bad bone health and we will pay the price as we get older with OSTEOPOROSIS -Bone loss . This can build up over the years . Osteoporosis leads to fracture , breaks . So if we don’t want to suffer bone fracture and breaks as we get older,we must stop over-consumption of those soft drinks . What we sow we reap .

We determine today how we will feel in the future by our diet and lifestyle

Let me add that it’s dangerous to just go and buy calcium to consume without taking it with 2 other important vitamins: vitamins D & K2
