How whole food plant-based diet (WFPBD) can impact weight-loss.

Yesterday I invited a whole food plant -based life-styler to be a guest – on my Podcast : OWN YOUR HEALTH  . She shared her story on how transitioning to the plant-based diet and lifestyle , reversed her high blood pressure and got her off her medications with the full support of her doctor. She’s also maintained her weight . 

A lot of people are trying to lose weight and are having challenges on this journey . It’s a journey and it doesn’t happen overnight. Fad diets don’t last . Weight-loss isn’t just about numbers on your scale but about total health . Eating the right diet especially WHOLE-FOODS( fruits , vegetables, whole-grains, nuts and seeds ) avoiding C.R.A.P foods ( carbonated drinks , Refined foods , Additives and Alcohol, Processed foods ) and engaging in the appropriate exercise , will lead to a sustained weightloss .
