Let’s see what this oil pulling is about

Oil pulling is an ancient AYUVERDIC PRACTICE for ORAL CLEANSING . The process has been discovered to detoxify the body and bring healing to it .

It involves taking a tablespoon of oil ( coconut oil is more commonly used )in the mouth and swishing it around for at least 10 minutes and spat out . It must be spat out because it’s laden with toxins .

It’s good practice to spit it out into the toilet and not the sink . Why the toilet and not the sink ? This is so that the oil doesn’t block the sink. Follow up by rinsing with salt water and then brushing .

Oil pulling soaks up or rather pulls or draws out disease causing bacteria and their toxins out from around the gum and teeth. It acts like a vacuum cleaner that sucks viruses, bacteria out of the body . Our mouths house billions of microorganisms . It’s been discovered to be even more effective that mouth rinse and the toothbrush. The oil swished around the mouth comes in contact with 100% of the surfaces of the teeth , gums and other soft tissues where the brush can’t reach.
