The type of fuel you put in your car determines how efficiently the car will function. If a car is finely tuned it takes the occupants places . Same with food , the right food in your body that is like a finely tuned vehicle , takes you places

HOW DOES FOOD AFFECT OUR HEALTH ?

Prevention of illnesses :

Some illnesses are as a result of unhealthy eating e.g. Obesity, type 2 diabetes , cardiovascular disease , anaemia, fibroids , high cholesterol levels , and even cancer. Nutrition can be a major and modifiable determinant of many chronic diseases. ( what can we deduce from this statement)…..?
Today , more than 95% of all Chronic Disease is caused by Food choice, Toxic food ingredients , Nutritional deficiencies and lack of Physical exercise -Mike Adams
Changing diet, lifestyle and taking the right supplements transforms health anxiety reverses a lot of chronic diseases .

Boosts the immune system :

Our immune system is the inner healing force in the body. It’s important that we eat foods that boost it e.g. Garlic , ginger , turmeric . Foods that that destroy our immune system include refined foods , processed foods , sugar etc.

I’ll conclude with this : Food isn’t neutral as we’ve been led to believe . It can become powerful medicine or a poison in our bodies .
